Mediterranean Quiche

 

 

Jump start your day with something healthy and nutritional. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When you start your day right, you will feel energized, alert, and strong. Most people don’t have time to make breakfast, so they grab whatever is available. Unfortunately, many of us turn to caffeine and sugary products thinking this is what will get us through the day. In reality sugar and other unhealthy food give us energy for the moment and once it wears out, we feel rather drained.

The mediterranean quiche can be prepared nights before and left in the refrigerator, all you have to do is warm it up and you’re on your way to a great start. The recipe is very easy and extremely healthy. If you try making this quiche, please comment and let us know what you think. Here is what you will need to make this dish:

*7-10 Organic Eggs
*Dill, Parsley, Cilantro Bunch
*One large onion
*Few cloves of Garlic
*2 Large tomatoes

For Flavor:
*Pink Salt
*Pepper
*Cumin
*Baking Powder
*Flour (optional)
*Olive Oil
*Feta Cheese (optional)

Grease the baking pan with few drops of olive oil and place any amount of eggs you want to make and set aside for now. Mince the onions and sauté the onions until they are half way cooked, add the minced garlic, minced tomatoes, half a cup of the chopped parsley, cilantro and dill. Stir well until all veggies are cooked.

Before adding the mix to the eggs, whisk the eggs and add the salt, peppers, cumin and baking power. Some people like to add cheese, especially feta cheese in the mix to give it extra flavor.
