Delicious Thanksgiving PUMPKIN Pancakes? for this holidays. Try new healthy recipes with your family and kids.
You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 egg + 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin (previously cooked in the oven)
- 3 Tbs of almond milk
- 2 tsp of grounded cinnamon
- 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp of natural psyllium (fiber)
- 1 tsp of coconut flour
- 4 packets of the most natural Stevia you find
For the cream:
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 packet of Stevia
- 2 Tbsp of almond milk (to make the cream softer)
- Raw coconut/peanut butter on top
- Decoration: dried cranberries, dark chocolate, coconut flakes, peanuts, sunflower seeds?
