Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pancakes

Delicious Thanksgiving PUMPKIN Pancakes? for this holidays. Try new healthy recipes with your family and kids.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 egg + 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin (previously cooked in the oven)
  • 3 Tbs of almond milk
  • 2 tsp of grounded cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp of natural psyllium (fiber)
  • 1 tsp of coconut flour
  • 4 packets of the most natural Stevia you find

For the cream:

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • 2 Tbsp of almond milk (to make the cream softer)
  • Raw coconut/peanut butter on top
  • Decoration: dried cranberries, dark chocolate, coconut flakes, peanuts, sunflower seeds?
