We all been there, some perhaps more than others, misinformed. In an era where food is not real any more, even rice can be plastic, it is now more than ever that we need to put our magnifying glasses on before going food shopping. We need to educate ourselves and learn how to read labels, one simple rule to follow is, if you can’t read the ingredients, than it’s a chemical additive that most likely you don’t want in your body.
Another rule that most people don’t pay close attention to is, if the product you’re buying has a shelf life that is as old as we are, again we most definitely don’t want this stuff entering our precious bodies.
With so many products to choose from, choose to eat whole food that comes in it’s natural form without being processed. Stay away from food that have a long shelf life, and has ingredients we can’t even pronounce. Additionally don’t be fooled by misleading claims such as natural ingredients or low-fat, those aren’t necessarily good for us. Not everything that comes from nature is made for us to consume, and low-fat doesn’t mean healthy. There are many sugar substitutes out there that are low-fat but extremely harmful to one’s health, such as the infamous “Aspartame” which has been later discovered to cause obesity and even cancer.
That is why we developed our product with love, care, and honesty. Sadly not every company follows our practices, so keep your eyes open and stay healthy.
